Privacy policy
The Korean version is the official policy. This English version is a translation.
SAEROSOFT Co., Ltd. (the "Company") publishes this privacy policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act. It explains how the Company protects personal information and handles related complaints promptly.
1. Purpose of processing
The Company uses personal information to receive, review and respond to website inquiries and handle consultations. It does not use the information for other purposes. If the purpose changes, the Company obtains separate consent under Article 18 of the Act.
2. Items processed
The inquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Company name and inquiry type are optional. To prevent abuse by limiting repeated submissions, the contact system temporarily keeps your IP address in memory and does not store it permanently. Section 10 describes the separate use of connection information for visitor analytics.
3. Processing and retention period
The Company keeps personal information for one year after an inquiry is resolved, then destroys it without delay. If another law requires retention, the Company keeps it for the period that law specifies. Processing is based on the data subject's consent under Article 15(1)1 of the Act.
4. Destruction
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been met. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
5. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties.
6. Outsourced processing
